Dr. Luisa Collins is a powerhouse in modern medicine—a double board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health, with a doctorate and passion for whole-person systems based care.
Her expertise bridges conventional clinical practice with advanced training in Longevity and Functional Medicine, she brings a multifaceted perspective to patient care. She earned a Diplomate Certification from the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners and is pursuing a distinguished fellowship in longevity science, integrative, and functional medicine through American Association for Medical Research (A4M) and George Washington University (GWU). She has completed the full suite of advanced practice training through The Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and further distinguishes her background with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) board certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
Dr. Luisa is experienced and trained in addiction medicine and prescribes Suboxone, a medication used in treatment for opioid use disorder. This therapy helps manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms and is integrated into a personalized, comprehensive recovery plan.
