REFLECTIONS LIFESTYLE

WELCOME TO REFLECTIONS LIFESTYLE CENTER

Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents in middle and high school (ages 11-18) and adults (ages 18-65) suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Our location at The Colony is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine adolescent treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring tween/teen lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.  Our new facility in The Colony captures a modern youth aesthetic with transitional seating and vibrant décor that facilitates positive social connection and improved self esteem.

Our facility in Plano brings the same energy for adults with the added benefit of connection to Prime Psychiatry in the same building for the full outpatient continuum.

Located right off the tollway, The Colony location is easily accessible.  The Plano location is right across the road from the Willow Bend Mall.  We compliantly provide transportation services to our patients for both locations.
